Description:
1. The Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machine Integrating with washing,
filling and sealing, it has temperature control device for heat
filling and realizes full automation in the whole process, suitable
for non-carbonated drinks, such as, apple juice ,orange juice and
etc.
2. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the
human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage
tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will
be stopped automatically when thereis no bottle. When bottles are
cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be
stopped automatically.
3. The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the
operation speed steplessly. The production capacity can be
displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
4. The bottle types applicable for various parts are easily,
conveniently and rapidly adjustable. It adopts new micro-negative
pressure filling,stable and reliable. Compared with the machines of
the same specification, the benefit of the machine is larger.

Details:
1. Rinsing Part
Except the down framework, the transmission parts and some parts
that must be made of special materials. Other spare parts are made
of stainless steel 304.
2. Filling Part
Adopt hot filling method. There is an air return pipe inside the
filling valve to control the filling level; Such filling method is
the easiest way of filling machine.
